I still have no idea what a director of football does.

He's not going even as that, he's to be an 'Executive Director' whatever the fuck one of those is.

Bizarre. I thought that meant opening doors and serving drinks on match days. Corporate hospitality. Usually a token roll for ex-players.

Scouting and recruiting players and youth team development. Bet Keegan is chuffed about that.

Surprisd Dennis Wise can see owt, his eyes are too close together. A sign of in-beeding or ex-chelsea player.

So, Keegan has taken Dennis Wise to Newcastle to act as director of football. . . Seems like a strange move to me, directors of football never seem to work that well and Wise has no experience in this role. Newcastle will spend plenty, win little IMO.
