| I thought a player could not run out for 3 clubs in a season or something like that. Wasn't there whining about that last year when Masch went from Corinthians to West Ham to Liverpool?

| I don't think there would be any issue with signing either Bent or Defoe in terms of clubs they have played for this season; they have both only turned out for Spurs haven't they?
