| | New here but have been around for a while. Just wondering what the situation with marco bresciano was, i know we came ever so close to signing him in the summer so is there any chance that we are still going to sign him? I think he'd be a great asset partly because i'm an aussie and also because hes a solid player that can score crucial goals, so any news on him?

| haha yeah i heard about it about 3 weeks ago last in the aussie papers, that bresciano was still keen on the move but i haven't heard anything on the sven front.

| | mm he's solid on the ball without being special, decent passing with a powerful shot and a fair free kick, hes a hard man and looks the part too . Scores crucial goals though for club and country. He was brilliant against argentina a couple of months ago when we played them and was very important for us in the lead up to and the world cup. | I think its more a case of sven's now had time to assess all the players he already has and has come to the conclusion that he neither needs nor wants Bresciano. I have absolutely no proof of that, just my guess is all.
