Many people have spoken to me with surprise as to why I was happy to drop down to The Championship with Hull City albeit as part of a two month loan deal. The truth being is that just right now it appears that I am third choice right back at Manchester City and with that in mind I need to play regular first team football. Playing in the reserves is never the same and if I am to try and either win a place back in Stuart Pearce’s plans or indeed keep myself in a shop window, then Hull City for me is currently the place to be.
They are a big club, with a great set up. Their fans are passionate about the club, they have a great stadium and have a very good manager in Phil Parkinson. I really do believe their current league position is temporary and feel sure that by the end of my loan period we will have moved several positions up the league table.
Adam Pearson is also a terrific guy and is someone I have known personally for sometime. After a few minutes talking things through with him, it was pretty obvious to me that he has his heart and soul in the club and that was certainly good enough for me when making the decision to sign.
Tonight we are at home to Sheffield Wednesday which in itself is a huge game, particularly on the back of Tuesday night’s win at Leicester. I for one can’t wait to get out there and play in front of a big crowd again and more importantly, hopefully secure another 3 points as we look to climb away from our current position in the league

| | Well funnily enough I see they won 2-1 with Mills in the line-up. So they're off the bottom of the table. Leaving City seems to work magic sometimes (don't tell SWP). |

| Sorry to say that I don't think that positive attitude is what Mills is about.More like try to save face after being left out.Reports came out that the day after KK went that he turned up to training with a bottle of champagne.Thats really not on.Was KK that bad??I think he's a gobby dick and has in effect been sent off to shut him up and keep his opinions to himself.He is not as good as he thinks he is.
