Avoid, rather than check. Check, rather than hurt. Hurt, rather than maim. Maim, rather than kill. For all life is precious, nor can any be replaced. |

I've been offered a pair of tickets for this gig. Worth the trip do you reckon? I'd politely turn them down.
you know, you know, if a feller named Monroe never fathered bluegrass he would still be unrecognised as the grand wizard of speed metal

No. I don't understand how they have got so big. They are the kind of band who you see in support slot in the Temple Bar Music Centre on a wet Tuesday night. They would drive me to the bar - and I don't even drink.
Their songs are dull and your man can't sing. They have sold out a few nights at a large venue in Dublin, so I think that proves my finger isn't on the mainstream pulse!

I've been offered a pair of tickets for this gig. Worth the trip do you reckon? If you aren't 100% sure and it is going to be sold out then there's only one thing to do - Ebay! If there will still be plenty of tickets then they're probably not worth going to see anyway.

Would you want it to be?
Not really. Went to Slayer on Sunday. They were playing in the same venue as Snow Patrol. The place was packed so there is hope yet!
Did you get to see them in Manchester?

| | To clarify: my mate has offered to take me and Mrs O'Reyna so the tickets aren't mine to sell. I don't really know Snow Patrol much but I thought it might be a worth a look as it's free. I see that Elbow are the support and I quite like them. I might watch them and then get very drunk.
