| So what is it with our Banjo wielding strikers? Is it a lack of confidence? A lack of quality supply from midfield? Or just a complete lack of quality? Or is it all three??

| | None of our strikers are what you call out and out goalscorers, although Samaras could become one, but he's a bit hit and miss. Corradi isn't a goalscorer, Dickov is just a support striker, Vassell, again a support striker. Makes you wonder why we couldn't have gone for Andy Johnson about a year ago. |

| From saturdays performance enough chances are being created so you cant blame the midfield, at the moment they would have to place the ball on the goal line in order to give the strikers a chance of scoring. It was a much improved performance though and if we keep playing like that we will be ok.

| | We'll not sign Freddy Eastwood, because we never take the plunge with British players from the lower leagues. where were we a year or so ago signing Andy Johnson or Dean Ashton? How come we never signed David Healy? When we do sign one, it's usually the wrong one, like Macken. |
