Surely in the context of the song the word "faggot" is not being used as slang for gay? She obviously meant that Shane MacGowan was a cheap lousy offal-based food stuff, usually found in Welsh fish and chip shops and normally treated with a liberal dash of malt vinegar. What's so wrong with that? You just substitute the vinegar with vodka and you're pretty much there....
