| | ok, so we've got a rough mix of our first song on our myspace page. This is all bedroom recordings, and was ultimately mixed down by me (whilst reading a beginners guide to Cubase). But anyone who wants to check out and leave an opinion (or add us if you have your own myspace) feel free: http://www.myspace.com/kiddgalahad We're Kid Galahad (with one 'D') but we had to put the double D in, no doubt that'll be an issue at some point, but nothing could be done

They guy I'm in a band with is well into Massive Attack/Portishead that kinda thing, so it has that kinda element to it. Plus it's not acoustic. We will be recording an acoustic track I wrote, but not got round to it yet

Has that Beta Band ethereal quality to it. Errm... there's no wah-wah on that I'm afraid. Did put a guitar track down with delay on it which gives it that echo sound (the ethereal quality you describe)
