I like Aliadiere myself, think he could be good. But not at the prices you are talking about, and definatly not on a loan deal. We don't need any more short term fixes IMO

Why another striker? We have four without even counting Sturridge. The problem area is midfield. Strikers are always gonna struggle to score with no service. Strikers like Corradi need good pacey wingers. Now Beasley is playing he might start scoring. Besides that there is more to Corradi's game than scoring goals. Wasn't so long ago people were saying on here how good his link up play was etc. Fickle or what.

The flick he did to set up sam for the second against West Ham was superb.

The only memorable moment of his short time at City so far!

And no BU it is not that people are fickle, but Corradi has been shite, for whatever reason. Whilst i haven't been one of those that have knocked him after every game on here it is clear that he has not been playing well

He's only played a handful of games. I'll not judge him yet, just as I won't judge SP after 18 months. Some people get hysterical, others are more measured.

I guess some people forget how Goater was generally viewed by the fans when he first joined City, the rest as they say is history.

I agree, i'm not saying Corradi is a bad player or won't work out for us, but he has been playing terrible so far. I hope he does well. I actually think he'll score against Charlton...and we will win 3-0.
