| | I'm glad he got sacked aswell. How come he has escaped all criticism throughout this? Some people were even saying he should be part of any new setup. I know the final decisions were McLarens but he has been heavily involved in the coaching and was there to advise on tactics. |

| I thought it was funny how last night during the match McClown is sat there looking distraught and Venables wasn't even there! Even the commentators were mentioning it. I reckon he had a job interview. With the amount of Subways opening, I'm sure he'd make a great Sandwich Artist....

He was definitely in Subway praticing his lines: "Would you like a footlong for an extra £1.49?" "Cheese?" "Should Beckahm have started?" Sorry, that last one was a thought he had while on his break.

Hur Hur. Your suggestion is far more likely. But in Subway in Barbados. |

| I always thought that Venables was there purely for the ride anyway, and the wage packet.
Someone get a message through to Captain Snort That they better start assembling the boys from the fort. And keep Mrs. Honeyman right out of sight, 'Cos there's gonna be riot down in Trumpton Tonight. |

To make: Wander round being ignored by your team and allow ideas to settle on stony ground. Serves an entire nation.

He'd not get his own sandwich, I think he'd try and fail, and then end up supporting another failing sandwich for a year before both sandwiches are sacked no longer continued......
