| The Apollo is ok as long as the band can fill the gig. As stated above if it's not full you loose some of the atmosphere.

Talking out of yer arse Noddy!If you're talking pure sound quality, the Apollo knocks the Academy into a cocked hat But the Academy wins hands down for the 'gig experience'. Besides I'm usually half pissed by the time I get to a gig, so small imperfections in sound quality don't tend to register!
