Things that need to stop: Paddy's ego from getting any larger. I agree. (See what I did there?) I did. And I like what I saw. Technique. (c wot i did dere?) Good album, but not their best. I cannot agree with you there Mr Massive. There are so many great songs on that album. However, I do respect your opinion and I trust we will be able to find some common ground on this issue and drive those values forward in threads to come. Although I agree there are a number of great tunes on said album, as a complete work my preference is either Low Life or Brotherhood. That aside I respect your views on this subject and look forward to further reasoned and thoughtful debates on this matter and others over the course of time.

Whilst I thoroughly agree with you there ESM, that Low-life and/or Brotherhood could be seen as more substantial bodies of work, I tend to look at the cultural influence that Technique had. It was the first commercially succesful album for the band, but it also (and one might say 'single-handedly) kicked off the whole 'Ibiza' thing. Without it, we wouldn't have the tunes to bop along to when we were gurning and holding a bottle of water back in the day. As I am sure you will agree, by looking at the wider context, the influence of Technique is rather significant. I am looking forward to your considered and insightful response.
