I have a question, a serious one. Why do the English hate the jocks so much?
All the ones I have met have been alright, MASSIVE alcoholics but decent people and great sense of humour. I have mates (yep, true) who thoroughly detest the Scots. Is there a reason or just cos they're the neighbours?Yeah, but you're not English, so of course they'll be alright with you. There are many, many lovely Scots, but there are also plenty of extremely bitter ones who will detest someone simply on the basis of them being English. Often they're just immature young males looking for a 'cause' to believe in, though. LM - Forum socio-political commentator since 2007.

| | I would support any British/Irish team to be honest, as we have had players in the teams before and for sure in the future as well!! I dont get the ani English, Scottish or Welsh thing!! Its all urban myth/Banter if you ask me. Plus its a form of Racism.
