It's Gwen Stefani's new effort. The 'song' is laid down over that 'mountain goat' yodeling song.
Fucking hell.
Are you sure it's the worst ever? If so, you are ruling out the entire recording history of many artists there, such as Robbie Williams, Witless Houston, Simply Red, RnB, dance music, Genesis, Dire Straits, Abba and many others. Is it really that bad?? 
What's wrong with Genesis?

It just doesn't appeal to me. It is all thump, thump. repetetive beats, don't do anything for me, i'm afraid. Most rock music also has repetetive beats, and bass drums that go thump, thump.
