| He considers himself football royalty because of his dad and his uncle and somehow expects to be treated differently because of it. The truth of the matter is, Lampard has underperformed for England on a regular basis and his inability to keep a shot from flyng in to row Z is legendary. When you measure this against the performances of Gareth Barry who gets on with his job, adds balance to the team, and doesn't expect a pat on the back every time he manages to complete a pass, it's easy to see why people think Frank is a tw@t.
Face it Franky boy, the size of your wage packet is not a fair reflection of form.

| I don't buy into all this "he thinks he's our best player" or he "expects to be treated differently" business. He speaks his mind and bites back if someone gives him some shit. Fair fucks to him. His international form has been shit, but so has that of Rooney and you don't see a witch hunt in the media against him - quite the opposite in fact.

I agree about Rooney. I thought it was sickening when all the MOTD panel were saying how his goal took a 'slight' deflection. Slight? Yeah, as in it was going straight in to the hands of the keeper before it deflected 45 degrees. Jeez.
