Neil Warnock has been appointed as boss of Simon Jordans Crystal Palace

I give it about 6 months

Its all going to end in tears, but what an ebding its going to be.  Can't wait.

So much for Warnock's assertion that he'd only return to management if a Premiership club came in for him.

Great article on SSN about perma-tanned Simon Jordan and Neil Warnock tihs morning, The journo finished it by saying it will all work out ok.  His actual phrase was 'The future's bright, the chairman's orange'.

Warnock confirmed he will be bringing in Mick Jones and Keith Curle as part of his backroom team at Selhurst Park and that he will talk with former caretaker manager Kit Symons about his future at the club.

"I am hoping to see Kit and I always have a lot of respect for Kit," continued Warnock.

"I am bringing in a couple of people. Mick Jones, who has been assistant in the past, is coming in and Keith Curle too as a coach.

"I do feel I need one or two of my own men and I will be talking to the staff today and the players tomorrow."
