slart (26/10/2006) Status Quo were great last night. It was unusual to go to a concert and most the crowd were older than me. They played for 2 hours and sounded the same as when I first saw them in 1982.
We're they as load as they were or have they toned it down a bit?
When I saw them in 1982 I was just 13, it was my first concert and I thought World War 3 had just started. It was very, very loud.
Since then I have seen Slayer and Napalm Death so Status Quo seem tame today.

| Have to admit to having a fondness for the Quo.
you know, you know, if a feller named Monroe never fathered bluegrass he would still be unrecognised as the grand wizard of speed metal
