Whats Going on with Damarcus Beasley??? I think i've only ever seen him once in a city shirt since we got him
I think that's true of most of our summer signings.
I think Beasley's injured though
Pearce has been unlucky with injuries to his signings. Dabo was starting to look good before his injury, we were all looking forward to seeing Isaaksson but he's been injured, We agree Trabelsi looks quite good but is injured, Beasley is a possibility for our left side but is injured.
Let's see how the side looks when they are fit and then judge Pearce (if it's not too late).
I don't know about Dabo, but I'm pretty sure the others you mentioned are pretty well known for having awful injury records. There's nowt wrong with taking a gamble on one or two players with a history of injuries, but when it a good portion of your squad, you've got to expect to have a lot of injuries. Again, fine if you've got a fairly big squad, but when you've got limited numbers, it's a problem. Admittedly Pearce isn't helped by our idea of a medical, which seems to consist of walking in a straight line and reciting the alphabet backwards. |

MY POINT IS THAT THE SAME 2 GOBSHITES WILL ALLOW PEARCE TO SPEND 6 MILLION ON SAMARAS WHO WAS AN UNKNOWN PLAYER WHEN 1.5 MILLION EXTRA WOULD OF GOT A PLAYER LIKE DEAN ASHTON, 2 MILLION EXTRA WOULD OF GOT US ANDY JOHNSON (BOTH BETTER AND PROVEN & ENGLISH).
Firstly, Arjen Robben cost PSV more than that and he was unknown. Same with Ronaldo (both of them), Vieri, Crespo, hell Shearer, etc etc.
Secondly, just because they are English doesn't make them any better or worse than a Greek. The only situation that changes is my opinion of your intelligence.

What i mean is we should be going for strikers like Ashton & Johnson, i've nothing against Samaras has it happens (but he's no fuckin'good on the wing), the chief scout should be bringing a lot better to the club than most of the players you have mentioned. Yes i am after Sturridge getting his chance, seems to me your more than happy for cunts like Corradi etc to carry on up front. Out of all the players you say the chief scout has brought in thers's only Barton & Richards any good. No i didn't say i wanted rid of the boss mate, i said if we are still playing like we are by the begining of DECEMBER then get rid. Try Vassell on the wing, he doesn't score enough for starters but he is capable of tracking back and helping the full back, Trabelsi looked ok on the wing at Blackburn. Anyway are you sure that Faz brought the players to our club, he was the coach until this season so i don't know how you work that one out???? |
