As an American for the first time since the 2002 World Cup I actually got to see the US play some quality soccer.  Yes, they lost 4-2 but the scoreline wasn't really indicative of how the game was played.  Clint Dempsey and Benny Feilhaber played spectacular, but on the other hand DeMarcus Beasley played horrid.  All City fans should be estatic that we got rid of that goon Beasley because all he has is pace and no quality what so ever.  Hopefully, some of you in Britain or in other parts of the world got to see the game because it was a good performance for the US.  The score I would say that represented the game would be 2-2 or 3-3, which would have been amazing.  Finally, the ref was garbage.  I haven't seen so many bonehead no calls and so many bad calls in one fixture in awhile.  All in all though, it was a pretty good performance by the Americans and gives us some hope for the future.

Of course, you mean football. I wont let you lot do to football what you did to Father Christmas.

Haha guys I'm sorry it's just the culture I live in and I really didn't think about the "PK" or "soccer" instead of football.  Not trying to insult anyone or anything so please don't take it that way.  I live in a huge "American football" town in Columbus, Ohio, so I'm used to calling football, soccer.  Give me some slack here, it's only my 20th post and next time I'll remember to adjust my words.

Ok, we'll cut you some slack, but you'll need a sense of humour if you're going to hang around.

Oh I got a sense of humor, but I don't want you guys thinking that I'm disrespecting your culture, that's all I'm getting at.
