Thinking about it the 2018 tournament was always going to be held outside of Europe as it's always been rotated. So why the fuck have the mongs at the FA made this statement about bidding for the 2018 and gaining government support? Are they really as fucking stupid as we're led to believe?

| | Is Canada a fitting place to hold the World Cup finals? Surely it should be somewhere with a bit of football heritage? Even Australia's pushing it a bit IMO. I suppose Canada did supply us with Terry Dunfield though.

| | Rotation was only brought in after South Africa were robbed of last years World Cup. And reading the article, the decision hasn't been taken on whether the 2018 World Cup will follow the rotation pattern. Blatter has intimated that Europe could sway enough votes to be awarded the 2018 cup. With Blatter's reputation, does anyone else think that he's asking for a bribe? |
