| | Manchester United fans are being asked by leaders of a campaign to cut prices at their away games not to buy anything inside Craven Cottage on Saturday. United fans are being charged £45 by Fulham for their visit to London while Manchester City fans paid only £25. from the BBC That's cos they have no travelling expenses like City fans would have.

| | Just like many football tickets, and many other things in life, it works on the basic economic principles of supply and demand. Maybe they should think of that next time they are wittering on about being the world's biggest club with millions upon millions of fans. If they don't like it, they should take a leaf out of City fans' book and boycott the game in protest, but I bet they would still sell their allocation, because there will be enough people willing to fork out that much. Things are only worth what people are willing to pay for them. Out of interest, does anyone know how much United charge Fulham fans at the swamp?
