bassman, you wont lose your cool by admitting you know about bubblegum pop music. I know all about it and I am the definition of cool. In fact I am cool personified. I have admitted to having heard of them, but honestly, i could not name a single song. How can i be trying to look cool, because on the last album thread, i have recently told the entire forum about listening to Transvision Vamp - which i'm sure would be scoffed at in some quarters?? |

| Bassman has no cool to lose, if he did, he'd be in 'cool deficit' and would owe cool, possibly putting his home at risk.
you know, you know, if a feller named Monroe never fathered bluegrass he would still be unrecognised as the grand wizard of speed metal

| is this bad? I really am enjoying listening to Transvision Vamp again after at least 15 years of not doing so. I found that cd collection in a second hand shop, and with smirk on face, I just had to have it, and now i have been playing various tuneages from the album quite a bit over Christmas. |

Avoid, rather than check. Check, rather than hurt. Hurt, rather than maim. Maim, rather than kill. For all life is precious, nor can any be replaced. |

| See there you go again Bassman,
Transvision Vamp are so kitsch, it hurts. Stop trying too hard!
Anyway, for what it's worth, I'd entertain the cheeky girls at the drop in centre and then
take them back to my cardboard box under the arches and make them do sexy dances for me and my vagrant pals.

| | transvision vamp are ok, i've never listened to a whole album though. the cheeky girls look weird, as does winehouse. i'd pass on both. i'd pay cash money to see winehouse sing though. she does have a good voice. and i think that was the aim of this thread was it not?
