If Shauny Wright does come I think it will persuade Distin to sign a new contract. This means SWP would play right wing, Trabelsi right-back, Richards (if he stays) centre-back and Distin left back. Overall, though it probably won't turn out to be a great move for us at this moment in time

In the remote chance of distin staying there is no way he would play left back, if he does stay and SWP comes back richards could play in the holding midfield role, however non of the above will happen.

SWP will not come back to City.   Why would he ?  There are a dozen reasons why he won't / can't  and not one reason why he would.

Ian Wright might also have something to say about it. I reckon he was the one who gave SWP that little extra push to Stamford Bridge. If Ian would want him to move, which im sure he does, it will more than likely to be to Arsenal. I hope he plays against them tomorrow after scoring in the week.
