| Last night I finally downloaded a track that I remembered as being a real belter from my youth; "Pearly Dew Drops Drops" by The Cocteau Twins. I stuck it on a CD and played it in the car on the way to work. Unfortunately, it's a pile of shite and I'm really disappointed. It's from the early eighties, so there's a chance that I was pissed every time I heard it.
More likely is that it was always crap and I've only just realised.

Dark and brooding was the thing back then, I remember Swansway had it off to a fine art.
