I thought it sounded like a support act, or even worse, a New Romantics act from the 80's. Spandau Ballet, China Crisis, Talk Talk, Shadow Riots.... In answer to why the change from Kid Galahad, our last singer thought of it and wanted to keep it after we dumped her. Kid Galahad sounds like an 80s prog revival name. Good bands can have crap names (Interpol, Arctic Monkeys, Manic Street Preachers) but it is best to be avoided. None of them bands you mentioned were good. It's ok, I'll just go with it, we'll get 3-4 months down the line, it'll start coming out how shit the name is, we'll change it, undoing 3-4 months of Myspace networking and we'll be fine Show your bandmates this thread. Not one positive noise here. They'll just think I'm being an arse cos I've said all along that I wasn't keen. But then actually, if I said all along I didn't like it, and it is crap. I'm not being an arse, I'm being right. Still won't do it though

You dumped the singer then? Dirty, dirty paedo's is the answer to your conundrum. I told you when we were in that pyar expensive bar on Piccadilly. Laura's history and I'm happy for it. We've got a top rate singer now and are just working on getting stuff together. Will post the Myspace when we have something to listen to on here for everyone to listen to At that time you hadn't dumped her-you knew you were going to but not too sure how. Did you get made scapegoat in the end? Not so much. Although she did tell the others to 'watch me' cos I might be trouble. I also only found out the other night that she'd been kicking off with one of my song ideas whilst I was in the next room cos it didn't 'fit into what we're doing'. After she chewed the ear off the bass player (and he'd got bored, informing Laura we're an 'experimental band') she moved onto his girlfriend - Ali's sister. She's a complete an utter arse. Ant also informed Laura how unkeen I was on her song 'Punk' (great kebab line and singing in general) but just got on with it with no fuss. Anyone wishing to hear this musical genius should go to www.myspace.com/kiddgalahad Listen to Punk

| Only listening to Sirens at the moment, but you remind me of Portishead. Not bad this Coods, not really my usual bag, but this stuff is genuinely not bad! keep up the good work!
