Off topic a bit but I would like to see Ribery at City. In the bit of the match I watched he looked quite tasty. Thinking that from the report on R5 this morning. He's at Bayern isn't he? And doing very well there he is too. So no chance of City getting hold of him. Bayern may be a bigger fish, but they swimming in a smaller pond. Much as I hate the Premier League and what it has turned our football into, it is the reason players like Ribery may want to sign for a club like City. He always comes in Football Manager anyway!  *makes note* Disclaimer: Provided you have qualified for Europe...  Ah. Well that should be ok. Are you on fm08? I think I prefer 07... Can't fight progress Benny. I fear change

Tbh, you shouldn't need to buy too many as most of what you start with is good enough. I usually get Lescott, Lucho Gonzalez, Farfan and Rodrigo Palacio for good measure though. Modric might come, but competition would be hot.
