Bassy, thanks for all your hard work in sorting out my musical taste I don't know what I'd have done without you. For years I'd been listening to stuff that I thought was good and now realise was crap and I should have been gnawing my feet off instead whilst at the same time missing out on all the really good bands that you've told me about and I now accept as the zenith of musical acheivement. I'm truly very grateful. Now I have another issue on which I seek your advice. How should I dress and in what style would you suggest I cut my hair? I am a hetrosexual male in my 50 year and 5'8" and weigh 10 stone and not keen on bright colours if this helps narrow it down a bit. Many thanks in anticiaption. Yours, Cloudy O' I'm only stating facts. And the other one, have you tried a) a brown suit b) combover, that's usually the trend isn't it? If that's your look Bassman then I'm sure it's fine. Stupidly I know, I might take a rain check for the moment myself though. Not for me, for you, or, if you are going a little bald on top, try growing your hair really long down the back, in the style of Terry Nutkins, or sad old 70's & 80's rockers like Def Leppard or Iron Maiden. You'll look a bobby dazzler like that. Glad to be of service. Anytime Bassman Fashion Consultancy. Thanks matey, much appreciated. Erm....there is one other thing you might be able to help me with although I'd appreciate your discresion on this one as it's a but....erm.....well what can I cay?.....personal. As you get a bit older and the years go by you can experience a bit of trouble....well you know....getting er....you know....getting wood. So, I was wondering where that bloke in your bands promo pics got his from only I was thinking of laying a bit of decking over the Easter Weekend? I've no idea. Glad to be of no service whatsoever. A change from the theme once in a while would be nice though.

B for Badger (19/03/2008) Thought you didn't like "tight pants bands" bassy?I don't like some of the new ones. These aren't. If you look at Charlotte Cooper, you'd have to say a mini skirt 'n big boots band. Badger, you forgot the skanky chick angle when it comes to Bassy's favourite bands. If only Sugababes looked like they smoked crack and wore horrible dirty clothes, then Bassy might like them!

Sugababes are the best band around today (apart from Coheed and Cambria).

The Ghost Of Gibbi (19/03/2008)
Danny's Studs (19/03/2008) I just listened to The Arcade Fire for the first time, I'll never ge that 4 and a half minutes back. Sounds like funeral music on acid.Which one did you listen to? Wake Up. Wasnt too convinced. They need a few more band members. I'm guessing both of these are sarcastic comments?
