| | Not just since KK went back. Have a look at this seasons record, after a good start they had Pld 9 Won 5 Drawn 2 Lost 2 For 15 Against 11 Pts 17 Since then, look at this for a team this is going only one way, and that's heading straight into the championship: Pld 20 Won 2 Drawn 5 lost 13 For 14 Against 45 Pts 11 11 points out of the last 60???? That is truly appalling, conceding 2.5 goals per game.
Someone get a message through to Captain Snort That they better start assembling the boys from the fort. And keep Mrs. Honeyman right out of sight, 'Cos there's gonna be riot down in Trumpton Tonight. |

| | this season i wanted newcastle to do badly. i think it had something to do with employing fat fuck sam, combined with having alan smith and barton in the team. all that makes me want newcastle to go down and stay there for a few years. it would be funny as fuck. |

| | I hate Newcastle. I would love it, love it if they went down but they won't, probably for the same reason we didn't last season. There's three worse teams than them by far in the Premiership.

You know, i'm not sure there is. Fulham are starting to battle, Birmingham always battle, Bolton are going to start picking up points soon (which might start next weekend, unfortunately), Sunderland have been grinding the odd result out...newcastle are in freefall, and their confidence must be shot. if they could have nicked that point of Blackburn the other week, then that just might have given them a tiny bit of confidence, but they lost it in the last minute. Viduka's past it, Smith - £6m - he's finished, Owen's not the same player as he was. Butt's past it. Enrique - garbage defender, in fact all the defence is garbage. they concede for fun, and can't score.

They was robbed. I take your point about it suddenly looking a lot more likely, and no-one's too good to go down, but I can't help but think that it'll click for them sooner or later. I don't think they'll be any great shakes, but Keegan'll get them attacking and I also think that their remaining games aren't the hardest. I think they've got three relegation rivals still to play at home. But I'd be very happy to be wrong. I hate that club.

And yes they do have three relegation rivals to play, and all those 3 relegation rivals are used to battling at the bottom, scapping for points, Newcastle aren't. I think Sunderland will beat em, they'll be well up for that. I think Birmingham will beat em tonight - so the crunch then is, can they beat Fulham at home??

| | Not many things would make me laugh more than Joey Barton scoring an own goal at the Gallowgate End to send Toon down. He'd probably just go and twat Keegan. Then he might of prison in time for the play-off final

| Watching the match right now, no change from Newcastle or Barton. Or classic Barton I should say, thundering tackle to win a ball and pass it straight back to the oppo.
Brum fans are heaping it on him too.

| I too would love it, love it if Keegan Newcastle went down but I think they'll just manage to avoid it. Sadly. I'd say more but I'd just be repeating what mramb said, so I won't. Just pretend I said it.Nice to hear from you anyway, mramb. You big gay.
