He went from best player to sub.
Big mystery and disappointment.
Citycould only compete for an Uefa Cup spot with a great Elano.
exactly what i thought . . . unless we have a central playmaker we dont stand a chance . . . if irelan performs i think we will do it 
yes if Ireland performs, City is a threat.... like against United.
But he does not show his huge talent too often so I am sceptical.
But Ireland seems to be better in a central position and you could play Elano on the right.
WithPetrov, Ireland and Elano in top form...City could compete with Everton.
But they are too inconsistant.
Good points well made. Slightly off topic, but have we seen Elano on the right? I know he's played there-it'd be interesting...

| Personally i think elano would do well on the right hand side . . . the reason hes not been performing must simply be because his injury before last has knocked . . . once he gets his fitness back he will befine . . . but also if he keeps up the quality he has set i dont think he would like to stay at mcfc and a bigger team in italy or spain etc could well come in for him . . .

Personally i think elano would do well on the right hand side . . . the reason hes not been performing must simply be because his injury before last has knocked . . . once he gets his fitness back he will befine . . . but also if he keeps up the quality he has set i dont think he would like to stay at mcfc and a bigger team in italy or spain etc could well come in for him . . .
For this reason I believe he should really work on Stephen Ireland
