The Ghost Of Gibbi (05/03/2008) If we were to end up in the Intertoto, would the games be played midweek or at weekends. I don't care about Europe tbh, I think this season is consolidation, let's push on next season.
Havingsaid that, it is nice to see us up there and battling
One two legged playoff is all we would have to play at the end of july.As the english teamsareseeded.
I think this has been said before on this board, but this is why I don't understand some people's hatred of the Intertoto. We'd be playing at least that many pre-season games anyway, so why not do something that's gives you something worthwhile at the end of it?

Exactly. And a competitive pre season game must be better than a friendly.
