Good on em, lesser of two evils and it shows that the Chavscum with all the money thrown about dont walk in to every competition and win it. John Terry shaking his head as he walked up to collect his medal for losing made me so happy. Result.

It's good that Spurs won to show that it's not guarenteed to be "the big four" all the time. However, this now makes it harder for the UEFA cup place, because it won't go to seventh place will it? So could have done with a Chelsea win really.

Happy for Robbie Keane by the way. Really like him, always struck me as the kind of player that would be perfect for City

I hear you Squidge, we could have used Chavs winning for Euro berths it but I am pleased that Spurs showed what's possible. Every match is a two horse race when it comes down to it.

Agree completely Danny...i wanted Spurs to win until i realised what it meant for us. I am not overly bothered by it, but for our own selfish wants/needs, i wouldn't have minded Chelsea winning.

Also, i heard the commentator say that today was the 48th league cup final. My prediction is for City to win the 50th. Maybe against the Scum.

The Spurs fan who gatecrashed his team's photo as they celebrated winning the Carling Cup at Wembley has been revealed as the cousin of Chelsea star Joe Cole. (The Sun)
