| Danny's Studs (29/01/2008) I dont what it is about Georgios but I dont think I will ever accept he is not good enough. I just want him to work out. He has time and time again proven he doesnt cut it, in fact since arriving I believe him to have gotten worse. If he comes back from Celtic a new and improved Greek stallion I'd do backflips. Prove 'em all wrong Samaras.
He does have an underdog quality about him. I'm the same - love to see him do well, but its not going to happen I suspect.

| Paddington Blue (29/01/2008) he's fuckin gash. but i love him for it.
In Australia 'gash' means a hottie or fit bird. By example; 'sheeesh, get a look at her, she is foooking GASH'.
Also another word for the region, map of Tasmania.

| I think most City fans have a soft spot for Samaras as he's sort of lik City personified. You know there's some quality in there, just doesn't show it anywhere near often enough. Good luck Georgie-boy.
you know, you know, if a feller named Monroe never fathered bluegrass he would still be unrecognised as the grand wizard of speed metal

| | My mate text me yesterday to say once he's sampled the atmosphere of Celtic Park he won't want to come back. I explained that playing St Mirren (who train in the local park) and Hamilton (who have part time players) of a weekend isn't going to have his pulse racing. Admittedly, they get Champions League footie practically every season, but they'll never get close to winning it. Fingers crossed he benefits from the break and comes back a hero. Or he'll fall flat on his arse due to the weather, the shite pitches and the more physical game up here. Who knows......
